I’m 99% sure this is correct, with the exception of the guitar solo, witch
I didn’t bother with; it’s only 2 bars long and very garbled.
I couldn’t make out the lyrics either.

I have the rough outline of the rhythm notated by the spacing of the chords.
You’ll have to figure out the subtleties for yourself. A hyphen is more or
less an eighth note. Strum as necessary.
I think he’s playing 2-note power chords in this song. You can add the octave
if you’d like; it doesn’t really matter.
For the bassline, just play the root of the guitar chords, same rhythm (hey,
it’s just punk rock 🙂
