Out on patrol in sector number three
Usually a calm place where no one used to be
When a radar screamed ‘Alert — Level Red,
Enemies Behind You’ so I turned around my head
Seeing all those vessels made up my mind
I’d better flee and leave them far behind
They started to fire as I contacted my force
When somebody hit, now I got scared because
In space no one can hear you scream
My odds they weren’t high so I could as well attack
It surprised them for a while but rather soon they were back
Their ships looked quite slow, maybe I could reach warp nine
And get away alive of this unknown guests of mine
But the pilots were quite good so they stopped me from that
Instead they got closer but sure not to chat
With phasers all around someone made a bullseye
I opened my mouth but I could not cry
