THIS SONG IS HARD.

This song is hard to play at full speed but i learnt to do it
so there is nothing stopping you, unless you are a complete novice. The main
riff is pretty simple technique wise but you really need to own a
copy of the song to nail the phrasing and get it all under your fingers
It is very important to warm up before going full pace on a piece
like this other wise you damage a muscle or something then try and sue
me. I find that about half an hour of constant widdiling and hard
excercises is enough to get those tendons up to full speed. Heres a
handy tip, cold hands are slow hands, so warm them up by the fire or
even sit on them for a while before doing your warm up excercises.
SO HOW DO I PLAY THIS?

To get the right sound on the riff paly it with down strokes and
give it some palm mutes on the bottom E string. The solo contains
some fast alternate picking interlaced with some hammer on
and pull off ideas, practice is the only way to get that fast im
afraid.
AND WHAT ABOUT THE DRILL?
=========================
If you do anything pay attention to this, use a cordless hand held drill and
NEVER EVER USE MAINS CONNECTED DRILL…..EVER. If you do it will result
in a warm tingly sensation as you become at one with the national grid.
To play the drill part i had to make a special drill bit to fit on the
drill, it was made out of a massive gibson triangular bass pick, a 2
inch bolt shaft with the head cut off and 2 regular nuts.
Step 1 is to glue some thick picks together.
